Scope
This part of DL/T 502 specifies the method for determination of chemical oxygen consumption in boiler water and cooling water. The acidic method in this section is applicable to water samples with a chloride ion content less than 100 mg/L; the alkaline method is applicable to water samples with a chloride ion content greater than 100 mg/L.
