Scope

This specification is applicable to the design of new construction, renovation, and expansion of steel pipeline crossing projects for transporting crude oil, refined oil, natural gas, coal gas, and liquefied petroleum gas at room temperature in areas where the peak ground acceleration value of ground motion is less than or equal to 0.40g.
