Scope

This standard specifies two detection methods, ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR, specific for the transgenic herbicide-tolerant soybean SHZD32-1 transformant. This standard is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of genetically modified herbicide-tolerant soybean SHZD32-1 and its derivatives, as well as SHZD32-1 transformant components in products.
