Scope

The departments of housing and urban-rural development and development and reform commissions of all provinces and autonomous regions, the Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province, the municipal housing and urban-rural development (management) committees, planning and natural resources bureaus (committees), development and reform commissions, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps housing and Urban and Rural Development Bureau, National Development and Reform Commission, and relevant departments of the State Council: According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Issuing the Project Plan for the Preparation of Construction Standards in 2014" (Jianbiao (2014) No. 125), the "Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" organized and compiled by the National Health Commission "General Hospital Construction Standards" has been reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release. It is numbered Construction Standard 110-2021 and will be effective from July 1, 2021. The original "General Hospital Construction Standards" (Construction Standards 110-2008) were abolished at the same time. During the review, approval, design and construction process of general hospital projects, we must strictly abide by relevant national regulations, conscientiously implement this construction standard, and resolutely control project costs. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the National Health Commission is responsible for the specific interpretation.
