Scope
This standard specifies the test procedures for the determination of exhaust pollutant emission quality after cold start of light-duty vehicles. This standard applies to Mi, Ni, and Mz vehicles equipped with ignition-type four-stroke engines and compression-ignition engines, with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3500 kg, and a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50 km/h. 2 Referenced Standards This standard specifies procedures for inspecting the discharge of crankcase gases to the atmosphere from engine crankcase ventilation systems. This standard applies to Mi, Ni and Mz vehicles equipped with ignition engines, with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3500 kg and a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50 km/h. 2 Referenced standards This standard specifies the test procedures for the evaporation loss of ammonia compounds from the lean oil system in vehicles equipped with spark-ignition engines. This standard applies to Mi, Ni, and Mz vehicles equipped with ignition engines, with a maximum total mass not greater than 3500 kg, and a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50 km/h. 2 Referenced standards This standard specifies the 80 000 km durability test method for light vehicle emission control devices. This standard applies to Mi, Na, and Mz vehicles equipped with ignition-type four-stroke engines and compression-ignition engines, with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3500 kg, and a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50 km/h. 2 Referenced standards This standard specifies the reference fuel used in the tests of HJ/T26.1-1999 and HJ/T26.3-1999. 2 Reference standards
