This document specifies the high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry methods for the determination of cipropromazine in feed. This document is applicable to the determination of cipropromazine in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of high performance liquid chromatography in this document is 0.5 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 1.0 mg/kg; the detection limit of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is 0.05 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 0.1 mg/kg.
