This specification stipulates the principles and content of allergen labeling for food supplied to the 16th Asian Games and the 10th Asian Paralympic Games (hereinafter referred to as Supplied Food). This specification applies to the allergen labeling of all food (including prepackaged food and catering food) supplied to athletes and team officials during the 16th Asian Games and the 10th Asian Para Games.
