Scope

Relevant departments of the State Council, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Departments (Commissions and Bureaus) and Development and Reform Commission of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and cities under separate state planning, Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Construction Bureau, and Development and Reform Commission: According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "About According to the requirements of the "Notice on the 2010 Construction Standards Preparation Project Plan" (Jianbiao [2010] No. 180), the "Construction Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools" organized by the Ministry of Education have been reviewed by the relevant departments and are now approved for release. As of October 1, 2018 Effective from today. During the review, approval, design and construction process of secondary vocational school construction projects, we must strictly abide by relevant national regulations, conscientiously implement this construction standard, and resolutely control project costs. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the Ministry of Education is responsible for the specific interpretation.
