Scope

The housing and urban-rural development departments and development and reform commissions of all provinces and autonomous regions, the housing and urban-rural development committees (bureaus), planning committees (bureaus), and development and reform commissions of municipalities and cities under separate state planning, Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Development Reform Commission, relevant departments of the State Council: In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Issuing the Project Plan for the Preparation of Construction Standards in 2014" (Jianbiao [2014] No. 125), the "Banking Industry Consumption" organized and compiled by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission "Construction Standards for Service Areas to Protect the Rights and Interests of Residents" has been jointly reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release and will come into effect on November 1, 2018. During the approval, approval, design and construction process of the construction project of the banking consumer rights protection service area, we must strictly abide by relevant national regulations, conscientiously implement this construction standard, and resolutely control the project cost. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the specific interpretation work is the responsibility of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
