This method specifies a colloidal gold immunochromatographic method for the rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 in peanuts and their products. This method is suitable for the rapid qualitative determination of aflatoxin B1 in peanuts, boiled peanuts, roasted peanuts, fried peanuts and peanut butter.
