This document specifies methods for qualitative screening of common genetically modified components in rice. This document is applicable to the qualitative screening of common transgenic components (CaMV 35S promoter, Ubiquitin promoter, NOS terminator, bar gene and HPT gene) in 12 types of transgenic rice transformants (see Appendix A) and their T-added products.
