This document stipulates the energy consumption limit level, technical requirements, statistical scope, statistical methods and calculation methods for the energy consumption limit per unit product of autoclaved-free prestressed high-strength concrete precast piles (hereinafter referred to as "autoclaved-free piles"). This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in the production of autoclaved prestressed high-strength concrete precast piles, as well as the energy consumption control of new (renovation and expansion) construction projects.
