Scope
This standard applies to egg products for human consumption that are used for food processing and comply with UN/ECE quality standards. These products can be in dry, liquid or frozen form. This standard stipulates quality requirements. Products must be qualified before and after packaging and at all stages of sales; however, this standard does not apply to retail products.
