This document specifies two detection methods, ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR, specific for the transgenic insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant maize ZZM030 transformant. This document is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of genetically modified insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant corn ZZM030 and its derivative varieties, as well as ZZM030 transformant components in products.
