Scope
The housing and urban-rural development departments and development and reform commissions of all provinces and autonomous regions, the housing and urban-rural development committees (bureaus), planning committees (bureaus), and development and reform commissions of municipalities and cities under separate state planning, Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Development Reform Commission, relevant departments of the State Council: According to the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing the Project Plan for the Preparation of Construction Standards in 2012" (Jianbiao [2012] No. 192), the "Construction Standards for Public Art Museums" organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism 》It has been jointly reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release and will come into effect on November 1, 2018. During the review, approval, design and construction process of public art museum construction projects, we must strictly abide by relevant national regulations, conscientiously implement this construction standard, and resolutely control project costs. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is responsible for the specific interpretation.
