PREFACE At the meeting of the AC/112 NATO Fuels and Lubricants Working Group (NFLWG)@ 16 May 2000@ reference report AC/112(NFLWG)DS/3 of 26(t)May 2000@ it was decided to produce an Allied Publication listing Capabilities of the National/Military Laboratories of the NATO nations. Subsequently it was decided to include the Partner nations as well. AFLP-8 provides information on the capabilities of National/Military Laboratories of the NATO and Partner nations.
