Scope

Relevant departments of the State Council, the Departments of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Construction Committees, Construction Bureaus) and Development and Reform Commissions of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and cities under separate state planning, and the Construction Bureau and Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: According to the "Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" on the 2016 Construction According to the "Notice of Standard Preparation Project Plan" (Bidding Letter [2016] No. 133), the "Construction Standards for Buildings for Postal Management Business below the Provincial Level" organized by the State Post Bureau has been jointly reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release.
