This standard specifies two detection methods: ordinary PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR specific for transgenic herbicide-tolerant soybean SYHT0H2 transformants. This standard is applicable to the qualitative PCR detection of genetically modified herbicide-tolerant soybean SYHT0H2 and its derivative varieties, as well as the SYHT0H2 transformant components in products.
