Scope

Relevant departments of the State Council, the Departments of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Construction Committees, Construction Bureaus) and Development and Reform Commissions of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and cities under separate state planning, and the Construction Bureau and Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "About the 2015 Construction "Notice on the Standard Preparation Project Plan" (Bidding Letter [2015] No. 273) requires that the "Urban Fire Station Construction Standards" organized and revised by the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security have been jointly reviewed by relevant departments and are now approved for release. Effective September 1, 2017 It will come into effect, and the original "Urban Fire Station Construction Standards" (Jianbiao [2011] No. 118) will be abolished at the same time. During the approval, approval, design and construction process of urban fire station construction projects, we must strictly abide by the relevant national requirements on strictly controlling construction standards and further reducing project costs, conscientiously implement these construction standards, and resolutely control project costs. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the Ministry of Public Security is responsible for the specific interpretation.
