Scope

Relevant departments of the State Council, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Departments (Commissions and Bureaus) and Development and Reform Commission of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and cities under separate state planning, Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Construction Bureau, and Development and Reform Commission: According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "About According to the "Notice on Issuing the 2011 Construction Standards Preparation Project Plan" (Jianbiao [2011] No. 184), the "Construction Standards for Maternal and Child Health Service Institutions" organized by the National Health and Family Planning Commission has been reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release. Since 2018 Effective from May 1st. During the review, approval, design and construction process of maternal and child health service institution construction projects, relevant national regulations must be strictly abided by, this construction standard must be conscientiously implemented, and project costs must be resolutely controlled. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the specific interpretation work is the responsibility of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
