This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 160 veterinary drugs and other compounds in pig blood, cattle blood, sheep blood, chicken blood, and pig urine, cow urine, and sheep urine. This standard is applicable to the determination of 160 kinds of veterinary drugs and other compounds in pig blood, cattle blood, sheep blood and chicken blood, as well as pig urine, cow urine and sheep urine. The detection limit of this standard for the determination of 160 veterinary drugs and other compounds in the blood and urine of livestock and poultry is 0.3 μg/L ~ 2 μg/L, and the limit of quantitation is 1 μg/L ~ 5 μg/L.
