The purpose of this standard is to determine the characteristics that must be met by the basic materials used in the manufacture of galvanized steel sheet directional panels used in the marking of all types of roads, as well as the test methods that allow evaluate these characteristics. The support and anchoring elements used in fixing said panels are not the subject of this standard.
