"This document focuses on providing a set of minimum requirements for the ""Accuracy Testing"" phase of a typical network deployment of positioning technologies for Wireless E9-1-1. Other testing phases are beyond the scope of this document. This document addresses the technical aspects of accuracy testing. Testing and carrier compliance reporting are two distinct and separate issues. The application of this methodology to compliance reporting is beyond the scope of this document."
