This calibration procedure is applicable to the calibration of various types of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers that are newly installed, in use and after repair. The instrument is used for elemental composition analysis. It can measure without destroying the composition and structure of the sample. The elements that can be measured on the periodic table range from 9F to 92U, and the analyzed element content range is wide (μg/g~100%).
