Scope

The departments of housing and urban-rural development and development and reform commissions of all provinces and autonomous regions, the housing and urban-rural development (management) committees and development and reform commissions of municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau and Development and Reform Commission of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and relevant departments of the State Council: According to the "Housing and Urban-rural Development" According to the Notice of the Ministry of Construction on Issuing the Project Plan for the Preparation of Construction Standards in 2012 (Jianbiao [2012] No. 192), the "Construction Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals" organized by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been jointly reviewed by relevant departments and is now approved for release. The number is Construction Standard 106-2021, effective from December 1, 2021. The original "Construction Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals" (Construction Standards 106-2008) were abolished at the same time. During the approval, approval, design and construction process of TCM hospital projects, we must strictly abide by relevant national regulations, conscientiously implement this construction standard, and resolutely control project costs. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission are responsible for the management of these construction standards, and the specific interpretation work is the responsibility of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
