Scope

This standard is mainly applicable to the elastic installation of piping systems such as ship diesel engine exhaust pipes and steam pipes, as well as main and auxiliary machine bases and deck structures. It is also applicable to the elastic supports for vibration isolation and noise reduction of various types of land-based power machinery and vehicle-mounted equipment. For pipeline systems, they are usually used together with pipeline spring hangers.
